- A method for manufacturing for car radiator hose rubber composition is provided to solve the problems concerning the blooming of a radiator hose and to prevent the field problem of the radiator hose in advance. A method for manufacturing for car radiator hose rubber composition containing raw material rubbers, plasticizer and vulcanization accelerator comprises the steps of: controlling the combination ratio of plasticizer and vulcanization accelerator and each mixture component to obtain a blend; and extruding and molding the blend at a vulcanization temperature of 50~160 °C for vulcanizing time of 19 ~ 20 minutes.
