- <p>The structure (1) has two cross beams (3, 3') connecting side bolsters (2, 2') in an upper region and a lower region of a backrest. The side bolsters and the cross beams are formed as hollow sections and are connected with each other in a merging manner such that a hollow ring-like frame structure is provided. A cross-sectional shape of the side bolsters and the cross beams are adapted to a local working load with respect to a resisting torque. The side bolsters and/or the cross beams are manufactured from two half shells that are welded, glued or screwed with each other.</p>
