PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate value calculation system capable of calculating, in existing equipment comprising a pipe and an instrument, a value which corresponds to a flow rate to be detected in an instrument. SOLUTION: This flow rate value calculation system 1 calculates a value corresponding to the flow rate be detected, based on flow rate information representing the flow rate received from one or two or more of two instruments 114-164 by which the flow rate of one or more objectives is detected per unit time. The system comprises a flow rate information acquiring section 2 acquiring each flow rate information from each instrument 114-164, a price information storing section 32 storing price information representing a price system of each object to be detected, a value calculating section 23 calculating a value corresponding to the flow rate of each object based on the flow rate information acquired by the flow rate information acquiring section 21 and the value information stored in the value information storing section 32, and an outputting section 26 outputting each value calculated by the value calculating section 23.
