- PURPOSE: A water tank for underground laying and a construction method are provided to facilitate production for the water tank, to lengthen lifetime of the water tank by reinforcing structure of a slide plate, and to dually seclude water leakage. CONSTITUTION: A water tank for underground laying includes a side plate(30) laid under the ground. The slide plate comprises: an inner shell(33); a plurality of inner side reinforcing pipes(34) which are formed into a round A-frame and reinforces deformation of the inner shell and in which constant interval is separated into a height direction of the inner shell; a plurality of outside reinforcing pipes(35) which has same length as the height of the inner shell and is vertically installed in the height direction of the inner shell and is welded outside of the inner side reinforcing pipe; an outer tube(38) in which deformation is reinforced with the outside reinforcing pipe; and a concrete part(39) which is poured between the inner shell and outer tube.
