- PURPOSE: A housing for a hydraulic control valve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the manufacturing process simple compared to manufacture a housing by assembling a plurality of blocks and to enable the processing of all hollows in a machining center at a time when processing a plurality of hollows. CONSTITUTION: A housing(100) for a hydraulic control valve comprises an output port, a pilot path, a drain path, a drain hole(120), a discharge path(300), an upper plug and a lower plug. The output port is opened at the bottom of the housing and is formed at the location facing a plurality of spools. The pilot path is communicated with the spools in a cross form. The drain path is formed at the upper of the pilot path and is communicated with a plurality of cylinders(110) in a cross form. The drain hole is formed at the upper of each cylinder and discharges oil to the drain path. The discharge path vertically passes through the central part of the housing and is communicated with the pilot path and the drain path. The upper plug is inserted into the upper of the housing and shields the opened upper part of the discharge path. The lower plug is inserted into the lower of the housing and shields the opened lower part of the discharge path.
