- PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a reinforcement plate with an extended front end using glass fiber is provided to reduce manufacturing costs, reduce weight, and endure high load using glass fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a reinforcement plate with an extended front end using glass fiber comprises following steps. A mold is prepared, and a glass fiber sheet with multiple glass fibers is prepared. The glass fiber sheet is cut according to the shape of the mold. The glass fiber sheet is impregnated in resin, and the impregnated glass fiber sheet is laminated. The laminated glass fiber sheet is pressed by the press and the bubbles are eliminated. The glass fiber sheet is solidified at a room temperature.
