PURPOSE: A central supervisory control system for energy recovery ventilation using power line communication, and a method thereof are provided to enhance management efficiency for energy recovery ventilation. CONSTITUTION: Plural main controllers(300) controls the operations of various components installed at each heat exchanger, and plural block controllers(200) manages each main controller by using power line communication. The plural block controller controls each heat exchange by transmitting a control signal to each main controller. The plural block controllers receive the operation state information of a corresponding heat exchanger from the each main controller.
