PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to use an existing semiconductor material and the manufacturing facility of a semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate(100), a first charge collection part(210), a second charge collection part(220), a third charge collection part(230), and a fourth charge collection part(240). A semiconductor substrate comprises a fourth semiconductor layer including a second impurity of a second conductive type. The first charge collection part is connected to the first semiconductor layer. The second charge collection part is connected to the second semiconductor layer. The third charge collection part is connected to the third semiconductor layer. The fourth charge collection part is connected to the fourth semiconductor layer.
