摘要：: FIELD: weapons and ammunition. ^ SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture armoured panel from polymer composites includes pressing of packet of aramid material layers impregnated with synthetic binder to create matrix. Each layer of aramid material is formed from parallel fibres with change of their direction in layers, and each fibre is additionally fixed in matrix by chemical joint of fibre material and binder. Armoured panel of polymer composites manufactured by above-described method comprises synthetic matrix reinforced with layers of aramid material. Each layer of aramid material is made of parallel fibres to change their direction in layers. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of armoured panel and higher bearing capacity of reinforcing aramid fibres. ^ 6 cl, 4 dwg
