<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin gear for reducing weight more than a resin gear of using a metallic bush. <P>SOLUTION: The resin gear has an inorganic fiber resin layer including inorganic fiber having a through-hole in a central part and an organic fiber resin layer including organic fiber arranged on the outer periphery of this inorganic fiber resin layer. The through-hole has preferably a recess-projection on its inner peripheral surface, and is engaged with a rotary shaft by the mutual recesses-projections.
