PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for determining the injection rate of ozone for a water treating process are provided to stabilize a sterilizing process by maintaining the concentration of remaining ozone at the rear target position of an ozone contacting bath. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for determining the injection rate of ozone for a water treating process includes a water quality measuring part(100), a flux measuring part(200), a data collecting part(300), a server, a data controlling part(800), an ozone injection controlling part(900), a displaying part(600), and a user inputting part(700). The user inputting part measures the temperature of raw water and the concentration of remaining ozone in an ozone contacting bath. The flux measuring part measures the flux of the ozone contacting bath. The server is composed of a data storing part(400) and an ozone injection rate determining part(500). The ozone injection rate determining part determines the ozone injection rate based on data stored in the data storing part. The displaying part displays states of the ozone injection rate determining part and data required for determining the ozone injection rate.
