- PURPOSE: A sheet conveyance apparatus and an image forming apparatus including the same are provided to prevent the bend of a sheet. CONSTITUTION: A skew return tool returns the sheet in order to collide to a reference surface. A guide unit(31) guides the side end of the returned sheet. A sheet deformation unit transforms the side end of the sheet into wave form when the sheet collides to the reference surface. The sheet transforming unit comprises a concave portion which is provided to the returned surface of a first guide(312) and a convex portion on the sheet returned surface of a second guide(313).
