- PURPOSE: A highly elastic polyurea paint composition is provided to improve physical properties because of obtaining strength and tenacity in molecular structure, and to absorb or to release external impact or vibration. CONSTITUTION: A highly elastic polyurea paint composition comprises a base material part and a hardener part with volume ratio of 1:1. The base material part consists of a resin mixture which comprises 20-40 weight% of amine-terminated epoxy prepolymer, 20-40 weight% of polymer mixture, 15-25 weight% of a crosslinking agent, 2-8 weight% of pigment, and 2-8 weight% of additives. The hardener part consists of 70-130 parts by weight of polymer polyol on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of isocyanate mixture, and is manufactured by maintaining isocyanate mixture and the polymer at 60-120 °C for 3-5 hours.
