PURPOSE: A polymer-organic nanofiber is provided to have polarizing properties of excellent transmittance even in case of not matching refractive ratio of a polymer resin and fiber accurately. CONSTITUTION: A polymer-organic nanofiber is combined of a thermoplastic polymer resin, sea island type nano fiber containing island components with the fiber diameter of 500 nm or less. The thickness of the polymer-organic nanofiber composite is 20 nm or more. A manufacturing method of the polymer-organic nanofiber composite comprises: a step of obtaining sea island type organic nanofiber comprising an island component by melt-composite spinning; and a step of combining the sea island type organic nanofiber to the thermoplastic polymer resin.
