<p>The present invention relates to a brake drum for a vehicle seat, wherein the invention comprises: a cover drum; a first torsion spring which comes in contact with an inner surface of the cover drum, and has a first outer stopping end and a first inner stopping end; a second torsion spring which is stacked on the first torsion spring by coming in contact with the inner surface of the cover drum, and has a second outer stopping end and a second inner stopping end, which is adjacently disposed on the first inner stopping end on the same line, wherein the second inner stopping end and the first inner stopping end are interposed between the first outer stopping end and the second outer stopping end; a holder core which is inserted into the inner side of the first and second torsion springs within the cover drum, and has a first arm portion that is separated to the outer side in a circumferential direction of the first outer stopping end of the first torsion spring, and a second arm portion that is separated to the outer side in a circumferential direction of the second outer stopping end of the second torsion spring; and an output member which has a pinion, and an extended curved portion having a pair of insertion grooves that are curved to one side and are extended in an axial direction, wherein the insertion grooves are extended between the first arm portion and the second arm portion such that the first inner stopping end of the first torsion spring and the second inner stopping end of the second torsion spring are coupled. Thus, the invention minimizes generation of gaps caused by spaces between the components, implements lightness in terms of the number of components and materials, and at the same time, the invention improves the unit price of components and assembling efficiency.</p>
