摘要：: PURPOSE: A sustained release tablet with a two-phase release-controlling system is provided to effectively control drug release. CONSTITUTION: A sustained release tablet contains a first release-controlling phase containing pregabalin or a salt thereof and a second release-controlling phase containing polyethylene oxide as a swelling polymer. The first release-controlling phase is uniformly dispersed over the second release-controlling phase. The first release-controlling phase additionally contains hydroxypropyl cellulose as a binder.
