摘要：: <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain smooth communication between a BS for processing a UL and a BS for processing a DL by enabling a UE to connect to different BSs in regard to UL communication and DL communication. <P>SOLUTION: A first base station 801 includes: an identifier (ID) generation module for generating an ID related to user equipment (UE); a receiver for receiving a plurality of reception signal intensity values from a plurality of base stations; and from among the plurality of base stations, a selection module for allocating a second base station having a supreme metric from the plurality of reception signal intensity values so as to process uplink traffic related to the UE associated with the ID.
