The present invention relates to a heating body for preventing freezing and bursting of a conduit comprising fiber yarn, which is fabric produced by weaving a line of latitude and a line of longitude, composing a string; pressed current donducted yarn manufactured by pressing and coating conductive silicon rubber at core-yarn composing another string; an electrode wire connected to both ends of the pressed current donducted yarn, respectively for supplying power to the pressed current donducted yarn wherein the heating body uses the conductive silicon capable of preventing the conduit from freezing and bursting by covering the outside of the conduit. The present invention enables the desirable operation of the conduit as well as securing the electrical safety by preventing the freezing and bursting of the conduit under the climate below zero temperatures in advance through mounting the heating body of a fabric shape at the outside of the conduit.
