Disclosed is a container control system. The container control system according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a power supply system which generates electricity and supplies a proper voltage and a proper current suitable for a reefer container and a second reefer container, a power control unit which calculates a first power amount required for operating a ship and a second power amount used in the ship, a container control unit which checks the temperatures of the first reefer container and the second reefer container and outputs a blocking control signal if the second power amount is larger than the first power amount, and a circuit breaker which blocks the current and the voltage supplied to the second reefer container with a low priority among the first reefer container and the second reefer container according to the blocking control signal.
