<p>An absorbing tool according to the present invention includes a sucking member moved by a driving member and sucking and adhering to an object and a shock-damping member connecting the driving member and sucking member and formed to damp a shock generated when loading the object sucked and adhered to the sucking member. The present invention can damp a vertical shock between the sucking member and a refractory when the refractory is sucked and absorbed to the sucking member and a horizontal shock between other refractories previously loaded and a permanent lining on an inner wall of a converter when the refractory sucked and adhered to the sucking member is loaded by forming the shock-damping member to damp a shock generated when the refractory sucked and adhered to the sucking member.</p>
