- <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend an item accurately according to a scene of use.SOLUTION: History data obtained by associating a user ID, an item ID, metadata ID, a domain ID, and an evaluation value is stored. By use of the evaluation value, a plurality of partial matrices are generated by arbitrarily combining the user ID, the item ID, and the metadata ID between different domains. The partial matrices weighted according to importance of each combination are connected, to generate a transition matrix. An item to be recommended is determined by use of the transition matrix.</p>
