A press-fitting member 21 sealed with O-ring 35 for sealing is placed on the primary side installation member 3 so that the press-fitting member 21 can move along a press-fitting direction of the meter. In the press-fitting member 21, the O-ring 35 is replaceably attached either on a moving side or on a stationary side when the press-fitting member 21 moves at a certain stroke S, and the sealing part with the O-ring 35 is detachably placed on the primary side installation member 3.</p>
