PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle radio communication device capable of performing two types of communication, that can suppresses interference with a radio wave received by a first radio communication unit by a radio wave transmitted by a second radio communication unit, while preventing communication restriction.SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises: an interference determination unit 210A which determines whether a radio wave received by a V2X communication unit 2 (first radio communication unit) is in an interfered state by a radio wave transmitted by a portable phone communication unit 3 (second radio communication unit): and an interference suppression processing unit 210B which performs processing for lowering transmission power of the portable phone communication unit 3 when the interference determination unit 210A determines that the V2X communication unit 2 is in the interfered state.
