Lower ply including the mix of wood fibres and pitch is applied on substrate. Dry powder ply including the mix of cleaned fibres, binder, pigments and wear-proof particles on said substrate. The lower ply is arranged between substrate and dry powder ply. Said dry powder ply is hardened to wear-proof surface ply by application of heat and pressure thereto.
