- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for efficiently adding destination management information between other users registered in destination management information of a user.SOLUTION: There is provided a transmission management system which manages communication between a plurality of transmission terminals. The transmission management system comprises: destination candidate managing means which associates identification information of one transmission terminal with identification information of the other transmission terminals which are destination candidates communicable with the transmission terminals and managing the destination candidates of the transmission terminals; receiving means which receives an addition request to request addition of a prescribed transmission terminal as a destination candidate; transmitting means which transmits an approval request to request whether to approve the addition request to the transmission terminal which is a destination candidate; and introduction management means which receives an introduction request prompting a second transmission terminal to add a third transmission terminal as a destination candidate from a first transmission terminal and transmits an inquiry request to inquire about whether or not to transmit the addition request to the third transmission terminal to the second transmission terminal.
