- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security token capable of, when correcting the error of data by using an ECC(Error Correction Code), transferring the data subjected to data error correction to another area.SOLUTION: A security token includes: a NVM(Non-Volatile Memory) for storing data by block units each having predetermined bit length; ECC control means 11 for, when writing the data in the NVM 30, calculating the ECC for each block to be used for storing the data, and for storing the ECC in association with the block to be used for storing the data in the NVM 30, and for, when a power is supplied, verifying the ECC for each block, and for storing a verification result in association with the block; and instruction execution means 10 for, when receiving an access instruction to perform access to the data stored in the NVM 30, executing the access instruction after transferring the data to be accessed to the free area of the NVM 30 when it is indicated that the error of the data has been corrected from the verification result of the ECC corresponding to the block used for storing the data to be accessed.
