The present invention relates to a surgical suturing device for suturing a suturing site during a laparotomy and a laparoscopic surgery. The surgical suturing device according to the present invention comprises: a body unit; a pair of suturing operation units which is supported by a front end of the body unit, and coupled to each other by leaving a suturing site in between to rotate between a first mode, which transfers a suture needle supported by one of the suturing operation units to another by passing through the suturing site, and a second mode, which transfers a suture needle supported by the other in the first mode to the one; and an operation unit which supplies driving force to at least one of the suturing operation units for the suturing operation units to rotate between the first and second modes. Accordingly, the surgical suturing device of the present invention repeats a process of transferring one of the suture needles to the other by including the suturing operation units which grasp and support the suture needles, and thus performs a continuous suturing practice for a suturing site, thereby increasing efficiency of the suturing practice.
