A maca health wine, prepared according to the following steps: 1) weighing powdered maca, jujube, jade bamboo and gynostemma on the basis of a certain mass ratio, and after mixing, using same as a Chinese medicine powder; 2) implementing supercritical carbon dioxide extraction on said Chinese medicine powder, and isolating the Chinese medicine supercritical liquid extract and the residue; 3) using water to decoct the residue and acquire a residue liquid extract; 4) uniformly mixing the Chinese medicine supercritical liquid extract and the residue liquid extract, such that the mixture is concentrated to 30-40% of the original volume; 5) dissolving propolis in clear liquor, forming a propolis liquid having a propolis concentration of 0.5-1%; and 6) uniformly mixing the Chinese medicine concentrated liquid, clear liquor, the propolis liquid, and a trace element composition together on the basis of a certain mass ratio, to acquire maca health wine. Said maca health wine has the functions of resisting fatigue and improving kidney health.
