PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic water meter capable of suppressing a filler from leaking to a control part side.SOLUTION: A hole 6a of a scale plate 6 stuck to a rear face of a window 4 comprises a notch 61 extending outward, and an outer peripheral part 62 of the hole 6a can be bent. Therefore, the diameter of the hole 6a can be reduced without deterioration of installation property, and the hole 6a makes a filler flowing to a gap between a hole 4a of the window 4 and a communication terminal 8 hardly pass through. The outer peripheral part 62 of the hole 6a comes into contact with a rib 12, and on the contact portion, flow of the filler is blocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
