- PURPOSE: A process for preparing a shape memory nonwoven fabric felt having excellent air permeability and shape recovery properties is provided. Whereby, the obtained nonwoven fabric felt can be used as a patch for brassiere cup and clothes. CONSTITUTION: In a process for preparing nonwoven fabric comprising a mixing process, a carding process, a stretching process, a punching process and a heat treating process. 15 to 25% by weight of heat adhesive fiber, 45 to 55% by weight of carbon fiber, 15 to 25% by weight of fixed type fiber and 5 to 15% by weight of olefin fiber are mixed in the mixing process and infrared ray treatment is carried at 170 to 180deg.C after the punching process.
