PURPOSE:To contrive the effective utilization of the titled set by providing a changeover controller switching the input signal of a speaker into a sound signal through the operation of a switch when an incoming signal or a hook-off signal is outputted from a mobile equipment while a 2nd telephone set is set to the priority use. CONSTITUTION:A 1st telephone set F by movable communication and the 2nd telephone sets A-C being fixed sets by loudspeaker talking operated by the driver of the automobile and a mobile equipment E sending/receiving a telephone radio wave to/from a base station are provided. In case of an incoming call or outgoing, a telephone set placed with the priority use is brought into the talking state by a 1st switching means 50 by the operation of a controller D. In this case, when a call signal is given from the mobile equipment E or the hook-off signal of the 2nd telephone sets A-C is outputted, a changeover device is switched to switch the input signal of a speaker 36 to the sound signal to the 2nd telephone sets A-C.
