PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a simple and beautiful internal suction port of a tracheal tube having a cuff.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: step (1) of incising the tracheal tube 1 from the outside of the tracheal tube 1 to the inside of the tube 1 by going through a sputum suction passage in the approximately circumferential direction; step (2) of incising the tracheal tube 1 from the distal end of the tube 1 to two ends of the circumferential incised line on the internal side of the tube 1 which has been incised in the step (1) along the approximately expanding direction of the sputum suction passage; a step (3) of removing a tube piece which is surrounded by the circumferential incised on the internal side of the tube 1 which has been incised in the step (1) and the two approximately expanding direction-incised lines of the sputum suction passage which have been incised in step (2); and step (4) of closing the incised line on the outside of the tube 1 by a bonding margin of the cuff 5, or step (1) of drilling a hole from the outside of the tracheal tube 1 to the inside of the tube by going through the suction passage, or step (2) of closing the hole from the outside of the tube 1 by the bonding margin of the cuff 5.
