公司主营圣德龙船用轴承（Santran Marine Bearings）,兼营船舶修理及其他船用配件。 圣德龙船用轴承（Santran Marine Bearings）是六十年代开始应用的一种坚固的非金属高分子复合材料船用轴承，是美国典型的航天技术民用化产品，专门为船用轴承的工作特点特别是海水润滑条件下工作的艉轴承、舵轴承而研制。经过数十年的不断改进，圣德龙轴承以其出色的抗磨损和抗老化性能以及简单的机加工安装方法成为传统的青铜、巴氏合金、不锈钢、铁梨木、橡胶轴承的替代品，其寿命是以上材料轴承的二倍乃数倍。在船舶设计寿命期限内，圣德龙轴承几乎不会老化。圣德龙轴承是一种弹性极好的材料，能部分吸收螺旋桨及轴系振动，明显降低轴系运转噪音、延长轴系使用寿命。在各种击压下，圣德龙轴承的抗塑性变形性能极高，在含沙量较大的内河及浅海中仍具有较好的抗磨损性能。圣德龙轴承产品获得了世界主要船检的产品型式认可，广泛用于军用舰艇和民用船舶。 Santran Marine Bearings---typical American civil product of SPACE technology Put into use in 1960s, Santran bearings, a solid non-metalic marine bearings of macromolecular composite material, is a typical American civil product using space technology. With particular attention to the specific working conditions of marine bearings, the bearing is specially developed for sea water lubricated sterntube and rudder bearings. Through decades of unremitting improvement, Santran bearings is now an optimal substitution for traditional bearings of bronze, babbitt metal, stainless steel, lignum vitae and rubber, thanks to its excellent characteristics of anti-wearing and anti-aging as well as its easy installation with simple machining. The working life of Santran bearings can be two or even several times as much as that of those bearings made of other materials mentioned above. Within the designed service period of vessels, Santran bearings will hardly age. In addition, Santran bearings is of a material with very good elasticity, enabling it to obsorb partially the vibration of the propeller and shafting, obviously decreasing the working noise of the shafting and extending the service life of the shafting. Under whatever impacts of pressures, the bearing will produce almost no plastic deformation. Moreover, the bearing still shows relatively good antiwearingbehaviour in inland rivers and off-shore sea with high contents of mud and sand.
