潍坊汇业精工机械设备有限公司企业简介：潍坊汇业精工机械设备有限公司与潍坊隆泰机电设备配套股份有限公司联合研制生产的ＨＹ系列框架式超细纳米砂磨机是一种专门用于各类特种陶瓷等超硬物料的纳米砂磨机，具有产量大、能耗低、粒度分布集中、产品纯度高等特点，并于2001年框架式纳米砂磨机荣获三项专利（CN００３１２２３４.４及CN００２１５３１４.９），率先开创了大型立式砂磨机对高纯超硬特种陶瓷材料研磨领域的工业化应用如：碳化硅和碳化硼等。 The series of HY Vertical Sand Mill developed by Weifang Huiye Fine Machinery Co.,Ltd. and Weifang Longtai mechanical & Electronic Equipment Corporation, Ltd. is one kind of fine wet grinding machines used for special ceramics and high hardness materials, and is featured by high production capacity，high product purity，particle size in narrow distribution and low consumption, therefore two patents(CN 00312234.4 and CN00215314.9) were got in 2001. The Frame-type Sand Mill is one of the earliest applications in the fields of special ceramics such as silicon carbide and boron carbide etc. ＨＹ系列特种陶瓷超细砂磨机可获得D50=0.2微米，比表面积15~25m2/g的超细微粉。目前已研制出D97﹤1um的纳米研磨机用于碳化硅、硼碳化、硅酸锆及氧化铝等多种特种陶瓷行业的纳米微粉的制备同时还可用于涂层材料、合成分子筛、炼油裂化催化剂和矾土、二氧化铈、氧化硅及其他化工机械抛光浆料、氧化锆、氮化硼、钛酸钡、二氧化钛纳米颗粒等。 The final fineness of particle size can be D50 0.2 micron and specific surface 15~25 m2/g, at present we have developed essfully the sand mill for getting D97﹤1 micron powder of special ceramics such as silicon carbide, boron carbide, zirconium silicate, alumina as well as coating materials, oil refinery cracking catalyst, bauxite, ceria, silica and the other polishing slurry, zircon, boron nitride, barium titanate and titanium dioxide etc.
